great variety appropriate portion polite staff
breakfast was delivered right to my room. it had a great variety of foods. portions were appropriate too. the staff were polite and friendly..
the location is a little off the main strip, however... it is still within walking distance to attractions or the bus.

mixed feelings about this stay
glass door limited tv
the provided breakfast was delivered hot and on time.
The room's design proved less than stellar. There was a glass door on the toilet room, hardly providing privacy. there were also no robe hooks near the shower, and the ac blew directly over the sink. the tv was quite far from the bed and the channel selection left something to be desired. quite underwhelming.

clean room great location poor design dark shower
the room was so clean. i loved that breakfast was delivered each morning! the location was also great for seeing everything. it was close to many attractions..
our room was large but i thought the design was poor. the shower lacked proper lighting. i also noted that the ac seemed to blow directly over the sink area.

The staff was kind and courteous . the location was good. I could walk to nearby attractions. the complimentary coffee available 24/7 was a nice perk.
My room was not up to the expected standard. I paid over $1000 for 2 nights. the room design felt poor. the shower lacked proper lighting.

SUPERB hotel experience
spacious room relaxing experience convenient breakfast
I stayed for several nights and I found the room to be spacious. The rain shower provided an excellent and relaxing experience EVERY day. The included breakfast in bed was a VERY convenient start to the day.
The parking fee was not initially disclosed and added an unexpected cost.
Facilities

The hotel features a unique coffee maker in the lobby, available to use any time. IT provides a special touch to the mornings. The steam spa option in the shower delivered a soothing and rejuvenating experience. It made mornings nice.

The room included a VERY comfortable king bedwith a restful sleep. The clean laminate flooring was a notable upgrade from carpeting and added to the room's cleanliness. The balcony was a PLUS. It offered additional space.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. THEY assisted with all inquiries efficiently. Room service was prompt and courteous, even adding personalized touches. One staff member, David, made check-in EASY. He provided us with all the information.

The hotel is located close to attractions yet slightly removed from the main tourist area. The AREA is quiet. It is an easy walk to Clifton Hill and the falls, which takes around 15 minutes. The proximity is optimal for exploring.

Breakfast in bed included fresh croissants, local jams, and freshly pressed coffee. I found it good as it was delivered right to my room. The hotel restaurant features delicious food with really good service AND the prices were reasonable.

spacious room comfortable temperature toasty fireplace missed housekeeping unemptied trash breakfast crumbs
The room was spacious. it had a comfortable temperature when i arrived. the fireplace was a nice touch. It was toasty. i also appreciated that the room felt soundproof. I didn't hear any traffic or other guests.
Housekeeping completely forgot to service my room one day. This happened even though i had requested it. another time, they didn't empty the trash cans. Instead, they left empty bags so i could do it myself. apparently, only the bed was made and the sink was cleaned. Crumbs from breakfast remained on the floor.
